A- The ‘Order Your Netobook’ tool is a platform which gives you the opportunity to design and personalize your very own notebook, the way you want it. This exclusive and private personalization platform allows you to select your own personal pictures and photos, your text, your logo to print on your notebook. You can as well select the colour of the covers, the discs, the elastic band you want, to fully express your unique style and your original design.
Q- HOW DOES THE ‘ORDER YOUR NETOBOOK’ TOOL WORK?
A- To start, go on our Order Your Netobook page and select the type and size of notebook you want. Next, select the colours of the cover, the discs, the elastic band and the paper that you want. Upload your text, your logo, your favourite pictures and photos from your personal photo library or choose a photo from our Photo Gallery. Validate … done!
Q- WILL MY PICTURES AND MY SELECTIONS FOR THE PERSONALIZATION OF MY NETOBOOK BE VISIBLE TO OTHER USERS?
A- No! The ‘Order Your Netobook’ is a fully secure and private platform, made exclusively for you. It is password protected and only you can access it. Once you are satisfied with the result of your design and you have decided to go through with your payment, your visual will be securely transferred to Netobook, where a professional staff will then print your notebook and treat your order.
Q- WHAT IS THE MINIMUM RESOLUTION REQUIRED FOR MY PICTURES?
A- In order to get the best result we strongly advise that you use high-definition images or a resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch). Please note that if your visual is smaller than the required size, the personalization tool may reject your picture to avoid disappointing printing results.
Q- WHERE CAN I FIND THE SIZE OF MY PICTURES?
A- For Windows user, right-click on the image and select “properties”. For Apple Mac user, press together the Apple Command key and the letter “i” to view the picture information. Please check carefully the size of your image before using them for printing: low quality images won’t print properly on the aluminium cover. Please note that pictures uploaded from phones or from Facebook, can sometime have low quality.
Q- WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR AN ORDER?
A- At Netobook we do our utmost to provide high quality and tailormade products. Therefore, the delivery can vary depending on the order and the country of delivery. In general, after registration of your order and proof of payment, the delivery time will vary between 3 and 10 working days. For orders to North-America delivery time will vary between 5 and 10 working days.
Q- WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS?
A- Depending on your country of delivery we offer different shipping methods which can be Bpost and/or DHL. We can ship your delivery at any address provided during your online order (home, friend, business address, etc.).
Q- HOW CAN I FOLLOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
A- You will receive an email with your shipping number and a link to the shipping company where you can follow each step of your delivery.
Q- WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?
A- The fees will depend of your country of delivery and the size/weight of your order. The personalization tool will confirm your shipping fees before you confirm your order.
Q- WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
A- We deliver in Austria, the BeNeLux, Denmark, Finland, France (with the exception of DOM TOM), Germany, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom. Since 2020 we also deliver to the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Q- WHY CAN’T I FIND MY COUNTRY IN THE LIST?
Some countries do not feature in the list of delivery countries for various reasons: problems to do with delivering packages in or to those countries, excessive or unpredictable customs and excise duties, excessive shipping costs. In case your country is not on the delivery countries, send an email to email@example.com to check possibilities.
Q- WHAT IS THE NETOBOOK’S RETURN POLICY?
A- We want you to enjoy your shopping experience with us, while we take great care in preparing your order for a successful delivery, accidents do happen. At Netobook, we want you to love our products, but if you would like to return a product we will assist you.
Right of withdrawal: if you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, you can send it back at your expenses within 14 days. This return policy is possible with accessories and notebooks as long as they are not personalized. No return will be possible for personalized notebooks, except in the situation described below.
Return of defective products: If despite the care taken for your personalized notebook (with your picture or one of our Photo Gallery) you ended up with a defective product (e.g.: faulty ink print), Netobook will redo the print, free of charge. We just ask you to contact our customer support to discuss the problem and agree on next steps. If there is a mistake on the product(s) sent, please contact our customer support.
We always check the quality of our products as well as our packaging. However, if during transport, your product was seriously damaged, we kindly ask you to take a photo of the damaged package and send it to our customer support. We will get back to you promptly with a solution for your specific situation.
Q- WHAT ARE THE METHODS OF PAYMENT?
A- The Netobook makes your life easy with fully secure payment options, we accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Bancontact.
Q- CAN I MODIFY AN ONLINE ORDER?

Q- I WENT THROUGH WITH MY ORDER BUT DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
A- First of all, wait a few minutes! The email might take a while to arrive in your mailbox.

Q- HOW CAN I USE THE DISCOUNT VOUCHER THAT I RECEIVED?
A- Simply enter the code on your voucher on the confirmation page of your online order, the discount will be calculated automatically.
Q- DO I NEED A USER ACCOUNT TO ORDER ONLINE?
A- Yes but no worry it is a quick formality! Plus, by creating your account, you will fill in all the necessary information that we need to deliver your order.
Q- WHAT IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS NOT IN STOCK?
A- You will be informed of the availability of the product that you are purchasing during your online order. If after your purchase, the item requested is not anymore in stock we will contact you to inform you about the new delivery time. If you would like to cancel your order we will fully reimburse you.
Q- WILL I RECEIVE AN INVOICE?
A- Once your order is placed, you will receive an email of confirmation (sort of electronic receipt). You will receive a printed invoice with your package.
